Our signature group class featuring a mix of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and strength movements. Led by an experienced coach who guides you through an warm-up, skill session, and the Workout of the Day.
Objective: Functional Strength & Conditioning
Cardio-intensive sessions prioritizing running intervals, row sprints, and systematic rest periods. Designed to build aerobic threshold and overall stamina without heavy barbell lifting.
Objective: Cardiovascular Endurance
Specialized sessions concentrating on the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and accessory strength movements. Emphasis is placed on mechanics, speed, and position.
Objective: Explosive Strength & Technique
Unstructured gym time allowing members to work on accessory skills, make up a missed WOD, or perform customized recovery routines under light coach supervision.

Yadkin CrossFit is situated along Phillips Rd in East Bend, NC, surrounded by peaceful rural views and a friendly local community. The gym provides a quiet, focused environment perfect for step-away-from-the-noise workouts.
Due to the rural setting, public transit is limited. Most members arrive via personal vehicles using North Carolina Highway 67 (NC-67) or local access roads.
We feature a spacious, free gravel parking lot located immediately in front of the main gym building.
We view fitness as a shared journey. Our primary focus is on longevity, community integration, and ensuring that every single member leaves the facility feeling happier, healthier, and highly supported.
We utilize the core tenets of CrossFit: safe execution of functional movements, constant variation, and scaling workouts to target energy systems while prioritizing technical movement quality above speed or weight.
We support progression by slowly introducing movements, monitoring technique, keeping track of workout performance benchmarks, and providing nutritional and movement guidance.
When you arrive, a coach will welcome you, show you around, and go over your athletic history. We will slowly introduce you to the session flow to ensure comfort.
Bring standard athletic clothes, cross-training or athletic sneakers, and a water bottle. No specific weightlifting equipment is required.
Each session lasts 60 minutes, starting with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, followed by a 15-minute strength or skill practice, a 20-30 minute metabolic conditioning piece (the WOD), and a cool-down.
