Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. Our coaches will introduce themselves, show you around the gym, and run through the workout flow with you.

Required equipment

Wear clean athletic shoes, comfortable sports clothes, bring a water bottle, and a small personal sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session starts with a structured dynamic warm-up, followed by movement coaching and weight calibration, the high-energy CrossFit WOD, and a guided cool-down stretch.
