Our signature class following the CrossFit methodology. It involves a warm-up, skill or strength component, and the Workout of the Day (WOD). Designed to build functional strength and metabolic conditioning.
Objective: General Physical Preparedness (GPP)
Focuses on the specific demands of hybrid racing: heavy sled work, lunges, rowing, skiing, and running intervals. Perfect for building the 'engine' and grit required for competition.
