Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so our coach can welcome you, show you around the loft, and discuss any pre-existing injuries or physical goals you have.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, flat-soled training shoes (running or training specific), a clean towel, and a reusable water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Every session begins with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, followed by a technique review. Next is the main metabolic or strength workout (35-40 minutes), ending with a 10-minute cool-down and mobility stretch.
