Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, fill out your waiver, and take a quick tour of the box. Your coach will guide you through the workout scaling options.

Required equipment

Athletic clothes, clean gym shoes (preferably flat training shoes), and a personal hydration bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session consists of an active warm-up, a strength or skill practice block, followed by the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a light cool-down.
