Wakefield CrossFit is situated within the bustling Millenia Park Industrial Estate, just off Thornes Road. It is easily accessible by car and public transport, offering a spacious community setup surrounded by local businesses and residential districts.
Several local bus lines operate along Thornes Road with stops located just outside the entrance to Millenia Park.
Ample parking spaces are available directly in front of and around the box within the industrial estate.
We prioritize safety and movement quality above all else. Every member is coached to establish stable mechanics before introducing high load or high intensity.
We follow standard CrossFit principles of constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity, coupled with auxiliary conditioning and structural mobility.
We offer a structured 'Fundamentals CrossFit' program, allowing newcomers to smoothly progress into standard classes once they demonstrate core competencies.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, fill out your waiver, and take a quick tour of the box. Your coach will guide you through the workout scaling options.
