Our primary daily class where members execute constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. Every session is unique, incorporating gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and cardiorespiratory conditioning.
Objective: Overall physical capability, strength, metabolic conditioning
A beginner-only class designed to slowly walk you through the essential barbell shapes, gymnastic foundations, and safety mechanics. Designed to prevent injuries before jumping into fast WODs.
Objective: Technique, safety foundations, fundamental barbell movements
Unstructured training time allowing experienced members to work on personal programs, accessory weaknesses, or complete missed WODs at their own pace.
Objective: Individual strength training, skills practice

We believe fitness is a long-term lifestyle choice best achieved in a team environment. We focus on clean movement patterns first, consistency of training second, and high intensity only when the first two are locked in.
We utilize the classic CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, adapted individually by our skilled coaches to preserve joint health.
Members begin with foundational mechanics, progress into establishing consistent daily routines, and gradually scale upward into higher intensity levels and heavier weights.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class to meet the coaching staff, complete a standard health questionnaire, and receive a guided tour of our facilities and safety practices.
Comfortable athletic clothes, flat-soled training shoes (running shoes with thick cushioning are discouraged for lifting), a water bottle, and a personal sweat towel.
A standard 60-minute session consists of a 10-minute active warm-up, a 15-minute skill development/strength segment, a 25-minute high-intensity WOD, and a 10-minute cool-down mobility phase.
An exciting global competition where our community registers together to compete, log scores, and cheer each other on over three consecutive weeks.
