Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. Our coach will welcome you, introduce you to the facilities, and run through the session structure.

Required equipment

Bring clean indoor running or cross-training shoes, light sportswear, a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each session involves a thorough guided warm-up (15 min), a technique or strength component (15 min), the core high-intensity workout (20 min), and a cool-down stretch.
