Our core group class. Participants perform constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements scaled precisely to their ability level. A coach guides you through a proper warm-up, technical review, workout scaling, and a structural cool-down.
Objective: Overall Conditioning, Strength, Power & Speed
An essential introduction to the basics of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular conditioning. Under intensive guidance, beginners learn standard lifting postures to transition securely into mainstream daily classes.
Objective: Technical Mastery, Safety & Core Mechanics
Schedules designated for members to practice weak areas, execute personal programming, focus on mobility, or catch up on a missed Workout of the Day in an unsupervised, yet structured, environment.

Members build capabilities naturally, starting from basic motor control on the On-Ramp and advancing toward complex gymnastic movements and Olympic lifts at their own healthy pace.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to complete your health waiver, meet Coach Christobal, and get oriented with our facility layouts and equipment.
Wear clean athletic footwear (flat-soled training shoes are ideal) and comfortable gym clothes. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.
We start with a functional warm-up, transition into movement skills review, move into the day's high-intensity WOD (15-20 min), and finish with static stretching and rolling.
Our community joins the global functional fitness test, coming together to support each other through intense, officially-judged weekly WODs.
