Our progression pathway begins with a structured personal mapping session during your Free Intro, moves into foundational skill-building via our On Ramp series, and continues through daily class adjustments monitored by our expert coaches.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled session to meet your coach, receive a quick tour of our facility, and discuss any personal fitness history or physical limitations.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive athletic shoes. Bring a personal water bottle; we supply all necessary functional training gear.
Every session is 60 minutes long and begins with a dynamic coach-led warm-up, followed by technical skill development or strength cycles, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down stretch.
