Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. A coach will show you around our massive layout, walk you through the gear, and align on your fitness goals.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, supportive training shoes (flat soles recommended for lifting), a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like
