Beginner's guide

First visit

When arriving, check in at the main STV reception. One of our staff members will guide you to the changing rooms and introduce you to our fitness coaches for your safety induction.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, clean indoor training shoes, a water bottle (fountains are located in the gym and pool areas), and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions usually begin with a dynamic 10-minute warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of tailored strength or cardio work, and end with a 10-minute cool-down and mobility stretch.
