Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet your coach and get a brief tour of the facility and equipment. Your coach will discuss any injuries or movement limitations with you before we start.

What a typical session looks like

Each session includes a specific warm-up, a skill or strength development portion focusing on technique, followed by the main workout (WOD), and a cool-down.
