Welcome! Please check in at our main reception at Sketty Lane or Bay Campus Gym. Our friendly team will guide you through your first entry, show you the changing facilities, and introduce you to our designated training spaces.
Please bring comfortable sportswear, clean athletic indoor shoes, a water bottle, and a personal towel. If using the pool, swim cap and goggles are highly recommended.
Sessions typically start with a self-guided or class-led physical warm-up, followed by your structured workout (gym, swim, or court sport), and wrap up with recovery stretching. Total time is approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
