Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. A coach will greet you, walk you through our facilities, discuss any past injuries, and walk you step-by-step through the class layout.
Bring comfortable training clothes, clean indoor athletic footwear (flat-soled cross-trainers are highly recommended), a personal sweat towel, and a reusable water bottle.
Every coached session lasts 60 minutes and includes a full physical warm-up, a dedicated skill or strength block, the main Workout of the Day (WOD), followed by a cool-down and mobility stretch.
