STI CrossFit is the pioneer of functional fitness in Santiago de los Caballeros, established in 2017 as the city's first official CrossFit box. First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, tour the box, and sign the waiver. We will discuss your goals and injuries before starting.
