Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first visit. A coach will meet you at the reception, give you a tour of our 7,000 sq ft facility, and walk you through the class format so you feel completely prepared.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, flat-soled training shoes (cross-trainers or lifters are perfect, but any athletic shoes work), and a reusable water bottle. Showers and changing rooms are available.

What a typical session looks like

A typical 60-minute class begins with a coached warm-up, followed by skill or strength work (e.g., squatting or weightlifting technique), then the Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishes with a structured cool-down/stretch.
