A beginner-friendly class focusing on introducing the functional movements of CrossFit safely. Coaches emphasize proper form, mobility, and pacing before you join the fast-paced daily WODs.

A self-directed practice session where members can utilize the gym's equipment to work on personal fitness benchmarks, practice specific gymnastics skills, catch up on missed WODs, or focus on heavy lifting.

Following official CrossFit methodology, our training centers on highly varied, functional movements executed at intensities customized to each athlete's safe limits.
Our coaches track your individual performance mechanics and consistency, helping you incrementally scale up weight, speed, and difficulty as your baseline fitness improves.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class to fill out paperwork, meet your coach, review any physical limitations, and tour our training space.
We recommend athletic clothing, standard cross-training flat shoes, and a personal water bottle. Sweat towels and lifting gear are optional.
Sessions consist of a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, a 15-minute strength or skills session, a 20-minute Workout of the Day (WOD), and a 15-minute stretching and mobility block.

Drop-in fee is $20 per session. We offer various monthly membership options, punch cards for flexible scheduling, and discounts for local Grand County residents, military, and emergency first responders.
