Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled tour or session. A coach will show you our immaculate facilities, conduct a short goals interview, and lead you safely onto the main training area.

Required equipment

Athletic apparel, durable training shoes, personal water bottle, and a sweat towel. Sweat-wicking athletic fabrics are highly recommended.

What a typical session looks like

A standard 60-minute class includes a progressive dynamic warmup, a technical movement instruction block or strength phase, the core WOD (Workout of the Day), and structured cool-down stretching.
