Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to meet your coach. You'll be given a quick tour of our 188 sqm private space and we'll review your health screen before kicking off a light initial physical assessment.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, flat-soled training shoes (ideal for lifting/functional work), a personal sweat towel, and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session begins with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up and mobility flow, followed by 40 minutes of targeted resistance or metabolic conditioning, and concludes with a 10-minute cool-down and assisted stretching.
