Bring standard, comfortable athletic apparel, flat training shoes or cross-trainers, a personal towel, and a water bottle.
Each session lasts exactly 60 minutes and is composed of a dynamic warm-up, a targeted skill or strength block, the intense Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down.
