Beginner's guide

First visit

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by one of our coaches who will give you a tour of the space and brief you on the workout of the day.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle are all you need. We provide the rest.

What a typical session looks like

A standard session includes a group warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down/stretch period.
