The 'Workout of the Day' combines elements of cardiovascular endurance, weightlifting, and gymnastics. Each session is unique, designed to challenge your body in new ways and prevent plateaus.

A standard session includes a group warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down/stretch period.
