Rooted heavily in the classic CrossFit prescription: constantly varied, functional movements executed at high relative intensity. We master basic body mechanics before loading on weight and speed.
Coaches help each member monitor progress closely over time. Step-by-step movement progressions allow complete beginners to safely advance to standard weight loads as coordination, strength, and engine capacity improve.
Please plan to arrive around 15 minutes before your scheduled class. A coach will show you around, discuss your athletic background, understand any historical injuries, and walk you through what to expect.
Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic training shoes (ideally training or lifting shoes), a personal water bottle, and a small towel.
Each session lasts exactly 60 minutes. You'll complete a group warm-up, receive technique instruction, run through the Workout of the Day (WOD) tailored to your strength level, and end with a mobility cool-down.
