Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before your class starts. Our coaches will introduce themselves, give you a tour of our training facility, check your movement goals, and walk you through your workout scaling plan.

Required equipment

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic shorts or leggings, a breathable shirt, supportive flat-soled athletic shoes, and bringing a personal water bottle and a small sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute class begins with a structured dynamic warm-up, a specific movement skills or strength session, the custom-scaled WOD (Workout of the Day), and a guided cool-down stretch.
