Our signature group workout of the day. Consists of highly varied functional movement sequences combining classic powerlifting, bodyweight gymnastics, and intense cardio sprints tailored directly to your physical output level.

Please arrive at the front desk of the BHP Billiton YMCA 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Let the staff know you're there to see CrossFit Director Patrick Towler. You will tour our functional fitness boxes and complete your initial fitness assessment.
Please wear flexible, moisture-wicking athletic apparel. We recommend flat-soled athletic training shoes, a reusable water bottle, and athletic hand protection if desired.
Each session lasts 60 minutes. We begin with a 10-minute dynamic muscle warm-up, progress to a 15-minute strength or lifting instruction phase, dive into the 25-minute Workout of the Day (WOD), and finish with 10 minutes of guided mobility stretching and cool-down.
