Beginner's guide

First visit

Please try to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your first class starts. A certified trainer will welcome you, assist you with checking in, show you around the gym facility, and review how we scale movement patterns.

Required equipment

We recommend bringing clean, flat athletic trainers, a water flask, and wearing comfortable, flexible athletic apparel.

What a typical session looks like

A standard session takes exactly 60 minutes: starting with 10 minutes of active mobility warm-up, moving into 20 minutes of barbell power or skill technique, completing a 15-25 minute metabolic conditioning workout (WOD), and closing with 5-10 minutes of collective cooling-down.
