We leverage functional, high-intensity movements programmed under elite standards like Brute Strength Programming. We focus heavily on movement quality, scaling appropriately so that safety is prioritized over speed.
Every new member starts with targeted assessment-based 1-on-1 OnRamp training. We continuously measure workout metrics to track performance gains, mobility improvements, and functional endurance over time.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class or private OnRamp session. Our coach will welcome you, show you around the gym, and run through the workout structure so you feel confident and prepared.
Wear standard athletic clothes, supportive flat-soled training shoes (ideal for lifting and jumping), and bring a personal water bottle. We supply all other functional training equipment.
Each class lasts 60 minutes and includes a coach-led dynamic warmup, a dedicated skill or strength session, the targeted Workout of the Day (WOD), and a group cool-down with progressive stretching.
