Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. Our coaches will give you a tour of the box, discuss your fitness history, and walk you through the session's safety guidelines.

Required equipment

We recommend breathable workout attire, comfortable training shoes (flat-soled shoes are ideal for weightlifting), a personal water bottle, and a sweat towel.
