Please wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle; towels and all technical training equipment are provided in-house.
Each session lasts 60 minutes. We start with a coached group warm-up, transition to physical skill work or functional strength movements, tackle the scaled Workout of the Day (WOD), and finish with a cool-down and mobility stretch.
