Beginner's guide

First visit

When you arrive, our friendly coaches will meet you at the door, show you around the space, and chat with you about your fitness background. We'll make sure you understand the structure before class starts so you feel completely comfortable.

Required equipment

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle; towels and all technical training equipment are provided in-house.

What a typical session looks like

Each session lasts 60 minutes. We start with a coached group warm-up, transition to physical skill work or functional strength movements, tackle the scaled Workout of the Day (WOD), and finish with a cool-down and mobility stretch.
