Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your coach and get a tour of the box. Wear comfortable workout gear and bring a water bottle.

Required equipment

Training shoes, comfortable athletic wear, and a positive attitude. Weightlifting shoes and grips are optional as you progress.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions consist of a white-board briefing, a specific warm-up, a strength or skill component, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down.
