Premier CrossFit is situated on Capital Drive in Tyler, Texas, a highly accessible commercial and business district. The location is clean, secure, and easy to navigate for members commuting before or after work.
Local bus stops along South Broadway Avenue are within a short walking distance, offering direct connections across the city of Tyler.
We feature a dedicated, free private parking lot directly in front of and around the building, ensuring quick and worry-free arrival for early morning or evening workouts.
Our philosophy centers on building total health—physical, mental, and spiritual. We believe that everyone is an athlete, and with the right community and individualized coaching, everyone can achieve a better, stronger version of themselves.
We utilize functional, varied, coach-led training methods. Every workout is demonstrated, and coaches focus heavily on technique, mobility, and mechanics before adding load or intensity.
We track progress through benchmark workouts and steady strength progressions. We meet members where they are today, adjusting movements incrementally as their mobility, technique, and stamina naturally develop.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. You will be greeted by one of our coaches, who will show you around the facility and sit down with you to discuss your fitness background and any past injuries.
We recommend comfortable athletic clothing, flat-sole training shoes (or athletic sneakers), a personal water bottle, and a small sweat towel.
A standard session lasts exactly 60 minutes. It begins with a dynamic warm-up, moves into a technique and strength/skill review led by the coach, proceeds to the Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishes with a mobility cooldown.
