We follow the CrossFit formula: constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity, but prioritized by a 'Mechanics, Consistency, then Intensity' sequence.
Members progress from 1-on-1 Foundations to group classes, with constant performance tracking via Wodify to monitor strength and endurance gains over time.
Upon your first visit, you will be greeted by a coach who will walk you through the facility and discuss your fitness goals before starting your Foundations sessions.
