Beginner's guide

First visit

Upon your first visit, you will be greeted by a coach who will walk you through the facility and discuss your fitness goals before starting your Foundations sessions.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes (flat-soled preferred for lifting), a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

A 60-minute session includes a general warm-up, a specific movement breakdown/skill session, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down stretch.
