Established in 2010, Port CrossFit (now Port Performance Club) is the premiere functional fitness facility located on the north shore of Long Island. We provide a high-level training environment that moves beyond the standard 'boot camp' model by offering expert-led coaching in CrossFit, Hyrox, and sports performance. Our community is built on the pillars of fitness, lifestyle, and camaraderie, welcoming members of all ages and experience levels.
