Beginner's guide

First visit

Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class to easily find our B1 facility next to Red Leaf Cake. A coach will welcome you, introduce the space, and brief you on the workout template.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable athletic wear, supportive athletic training or running shoes, a sweat towel, and a personal water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each class starts with a 10-minute dynamic workout activation, transitions into a 45-minute structured hybrid strength and metabolic conditioning workout, and finishes with a 5-minute cool-down stretch.
