Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to class. Walk up to Floor 2, where our coaches will welcome you, introduce you to our facility, and discuss your physical background and goals before the session.

Required equipment

Please wear supportive training shoes and comfortable athletic clothing. Bring a personal hydration bottle. Towels and shower amenities are provided.

What a typical session looks like

Every 60-minute session includes a targeted mobility warmup, a structured strength or endurance movement block under dual-coach guidance, and finishes with a functional cooldown and recovery review.
