Our signature daily class featuring constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. Every session includes a dynamic warm-up, skill or strength progression, and the Workouts of the Day (WOD) designed to push your athletic capacity.
Objective: Overall Conditioning, Strength & Stamina
Focused exclusively on developing explosive power, technical skill, and precision in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Includes mobility drills, posture work, and heavy lifting phases.
Objective: Explosive Strength & Lifting Technique
Unstructured gym access allowing members to work on weaknesses, practice skilled movements, complete personal programming, or catch up on a missed benchmark WOD.

Welcome! Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class to fill out our waiver, tour the 5,500 sq ft facility, and meet your coach. We will discuss your fitness background and walk you through the day's movement modifications.
Athletic clothing that allows a full range of motion, clean cross-training or athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a personal sweat towel.
A standard 60-minute session includes a structured, dynamic warm-up (10 mins), a strength or skill practice component (15 mins), the Workouts of the Day (WOD) (15-20 mins), followed by a guided cool-down and mobility sequence (15 mins).
An annual global event where our gym community comes together to test their fitness across officially released CrossFit workouts.
A fun, partner-style workout open to members and guests, followed by local socializing.
