First visit

Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled class. Our staff will walk you through the studio layout, explain how our heart rate tracking technology works, and introduce you to your coach.

Required equipment

Athletic apparel, comfortable running sneakers, a personal water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session is 60 minutes long, beginning with a warm-up on the treadmill or rowers, followed by rotating intervals on cardio and floor equipment, and concluding with a cool-down block.
