Training philosophy

Approach

Our approach is based on the five heart rate zones. We aim to keep you in the 'Orange Zone' to maximize caloric burn both during and after the workout.

Methodology

We utilize group personal training, which provides the expertise of a personal trainer with the energy of a group fitness class.

Members track their stats via the OTF app, allowing them to see increases in speed, power on the rower, and weight lifted over weeks and months.

Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 30 minutes early for your first session. A coach will walk you through the equipment, explain the heart rate zones, and help you set up your OTbeat™ monitor.

What a typical session looks like
