Welcome to Newbury CrossFit & Performance Centre, founded in 2017 with a mission to enable everyone—regardless of age, gender, background, or physical ability—to get fitter, healthier, and happier. Located in Unit 3 of the Turnpike Industrial Estate in Newbury, Berkshire, we are proud to offer an inclusive, supportive, and friendly environment. Open seven days a week from early morning until late at night, we provide a diverse and affordable range of classes, including functional fitness, strength and conditioning, cardio, and Olympic weightlifting. As an officially affiliated CrossFit and HYROX facility, our highly qualified coaches guide you through expertly programmed workouts tailored to your individual level. Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class so you can get familiar with the facility, meet your trainer, and discuss any pre-existing injuries or physical conditions.

Required equipment

Please wear flexible, breathable athletic clothing, stable training shoes, and bring a personal water bottle. Towels are optional but recommended.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session begins with a coach-led general mobility warm-up, moves to an intensive strength or skill development phase, transitions to the high-energy Workout of the Day, and concludes with a collective cool-down.
