Located in Unit 3 of the Turnpike Industrial Estate in Newbury, Berkshire, we are proud to offer an inclusive, supportive, and friendly environment. Open seven days a week from early morning until late at night, we provide a diverse and affordable range of classes, including functional fitness, strength and conditioning, cardio, and Olympic weightlifting. As an officially affiliated CrossFit and HYROX facility, our highly qualified coaches guide you through expertly programmed workouts tailored to your individual level. Our signature Workout of the Day. This class blends gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and cardiorespiratory endurance in high-intensity variations. Every element is scaled to your individual level under expert supervision.
Objective: General Physical Preparedness (GPP)
Engage in highly targeted conditioning routines matching the global HYROX template. This workout combines intervals of running, rowing, ski erg, sled pushes, and targeted movements.
Objective: Cardiovascular Stamina & Endurance
Led by British Weightlifting certified coaches, this session refines dynamic lifting movements, focusing heavily on the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, pulls, and dynamic stability.
Objective: Strength, Power & Technique
A class aimed at developing body awareness, motor skills, and functional mobility in children through interactive games, bodyweight workouts, and coordination drills.
Objective: Fundamental Coordination & Active Fun
Prepares teenagers to safely load their movements, teaching solid foundational barbell techniques and metabolic work to benefit athletic growth and self-esteem.

Set inside the highly active Turnpike Industrial Estate, the gym sits just off the A4 corridor, bridging the gap between central Newbury, Thatcham, and the surrounding residential communities.
A convenient network of local bus stops line the main road right outside the industrial park. Central Newbury and Newbury Racecourse train stations are within a brief 10-minute commute.
Plenty of free, dedicated private parking bays are available directly outside our building unit.
We build a fitness space centered around community, mutual support, and personal targets. Fitness should never feel intimidating; rather, it should be an engaging and social part of your lifestyle.
We focus heavily on correct execution and posture before adding load or speed. Our coaches provide individualized attention in group classes so everyone scales safely.
We promote systematic progressions. From learning basic gymnastics shapes or Olympic pulls to managing advanced competitive intensities, members advance comfortably under trained guidance.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class so you can get familiar with the facility, meet your trainer, and discuss any pre-existing injuries or physical conditions.
Please wear flexible, breathable athletic clothing, stable training shoes, and bring a personal water bottle. Towels are optional but recommended.
Each 60-minute session begins with a coach-led general mobility warm-up, moves to an intensive strength or skill development phase, transitions to the high-energy Workout of the Day, and concludes with a collective cool-down.
