Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes early for your booked Free Intro. You will sit down with a friendly coach to discuss your goals, tour the facility, and go through a light movement check to find your best starting level.

Required equipment

Bring a reusable water bottle to use with our filtered water station, comfortable athletic clothing, and flat-soled athletic training shoes.

What a typical session looks like

A 60-minute standard class starts with a structured group warm-up, followed by technical instruction and practice for the strength block, transitioning into the daily scaled WOD, and ending with a cool-down.
