Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. Our staff will guide you through our facility tour, introduce you to your class coach, and help set up your equipment stations.
Clean, indoor athletic shoes (running or training shoes), standard workout apparel, a water bottle, and a sweat towel.
Sessions consist of a 10-minute progressive athletic warm-up, a 40-minute focused training phase (such as HYROX stations or strength intervals), and a 10-minute guided cool-down and recovery block.
Evaluate your hybrid fitness capacity through a standard, timed benchmark test to establish accurate pacing and target metrics.
Partner up for a massive weekend conditioning routine followed by refreshments, healthy snacks, and community socialization.
