Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. This gives you time to meet your coach, get a brief tour of the Winfrey House facility, and complete a quick physical questionnaire.

Required equipment

Wear clean athletic footwear for functional/HYROX classes. For Pilates and Yoga, classes are performed barefoot or with grip socks. Bring a personal water bottle and sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session begins with a joint mobility warm-up, proceeds to the structured class activity (strength conditioning, HYROX work, or Pilates flow), and concludes with a guided cool-down stretch.
