Free on-site parking is available directly in front of Unit 14C Winfrey House.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. This gives you time to meet your coach, get a brief tour of the Winfrey House facility, and complete a quick physical questionnaire.
Wear clean athletic footwear for functional/HYROX classes. For Pilates and Yoga, classes are performed barefoot or with grip socks. Bring a personal water bottle and sweat towel.
