Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. Our coach will greet you at the entrance, show you around the gym facility, and review any physical concerns or background.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable sportswear, supportive athletic shoes, a personal sweat towel, and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

We start with a comprehensive group dynamic warm-up, step into the main movement skill or strength piece, transition to the high-energy functional metabolic WOD, and finish with collective cool-down stretching.
