Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of class to meet Coach Jordy Gremillion, sign in, tour the facility, and share your personal training history.

Required equipment

Athletic clothes, supportive training shoes (flat soles are preferred), and a personal bottle of water.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions run for 60 minutes, comprising a coach-guided warmup, technical practice of core skills, the high-intensity workout (WOD), and group stretching.
