Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 minutes early so our coaches can show you around, explain the class structure, and discuss any injuries or fitness background you have.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable training wear, athletic shoes (flat-soled or cross-trainers are recommended), a sweat towel, and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session includes a structured group warm-up, a strength or skill component, a high-energy metabolic conditioning circuit, and a cool-down stretch.
