Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first booked class. A member of our coaching team will welcome you, introduce you to the layout, and discuss any injuries or fitness limits.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable workout clothes, proper athletic or flat-soled training shoes, a personal sweat towel, and a refilled water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Every workout consists of a 10-minute structural warm-up, a 40-minute functional strength or engine conditioning block, followed by a dedicated 10-minute athletic cool-down and stretch.
