Beginner's guide

First visit

When visiting Lasses Gym for the first time, please coordinate with our staff via email or phone for a dedicated orientation. We will show you around the 24/7 facility, explain the safety systems, and register your personalized keycard.

Required equipment

Please bring clean indoor athletic shoes, comfortable gym attire, a personal sweat towel, and a reusable water bottle. Outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited inside the workout zones.

What a typical session looks like

A typical session starts with a structured 10-minute dynamic warm-up, followed by the main strength or conditioning block, and finishes with a dedicated cool-down and mobility stretch.
