An intense, high-energy group workout simulating the physical demands of an official HYROX race. You will work on standard movements like sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, and running intervals to build elite-level stamina.

Learn the proper mechanics of the Concept2 Rower and SkiErg. This course is designed to maximize your power output while conserving energy, helping you slash times in your fitness workouts.

The gym is easily reachable via local bus lines stopping along Sjøgata and is only a short walk from the main Moss railway station.
Ample free on-site parking is available directly outside the main entrance for gym members.

Please bring clean indoor athletic shoes, comfortable gym attire, a personal sweat towel, and a reusable water bottle. Outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited inside the workout zones.
A typical session starts with a structured 10-minute dynamic warm-up, followed by the main strength or conditioning block, and finishes with a dedicated cool-down and mobility stretch.

Membership starts at 449,- NOK per month with no lock-in contract. Standard personal training and specialized course fees apply separately.
