Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet Coach Bill or Jenny, sign a waiver, and get a tour of the facility and an overview of the movements.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes (CrossFit or training shoes recommended), a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions last 60 minutes and include a group warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down/stretch.
