Our signature daily workout. It blends cardiovascular endurance, gymnastics, and weightlifting into high-intensity functional movements. Every class is coach-led and completely scalable.
Objective: Overall Conditioning & Functional Strength
A technical class focusing strictly on Olympic lifts: the snatch, clean & jerk, and accessory movements. Designed to build explosive power and technical masterclass performance.
Objective: Power, Speed, & Lifting Technique
Learn to lift, carry, and push heavy, awkward objects. This class builds practical functional strength, grip durability, and core stability using logs, stones, and yokes.
Objective: Raw Power & Functional Core Strength
Self-guided training hours where members can work on personal goals, accessory exercises, or make up a missed WOD. Coaches are present but not actively leading a class.
Objective: Individual Practice & Strength Development
A recovery-focused yoga session designed specifically for CrossFitters. It targets tight hips, shoulders, and ankles to increase range of motion and accelerate recovery.

We have a dedicated, spacious parking lot directly in front of our facility with plenty of free spaces for members.

We employ a coach-led, progressive methodology that integrates Olympic lifting mechanics, powerlifting foundations, cardiovascular intervals, and active mobility. Our workouts are designed to build broad, general fitness capabilities.
Members progress by establishing robust structural baselines, receiving personalized coaching cues, and tracking performance metrics. We offer periodic benchmarks and targeted coaching clinics to measure physical progression.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. You will be greeted by our coach, given a brief tour of the facility, and briefed on the structure of the day's WOD.
Comfortable athletic wear, flat-soled athletic shoes (preferably trainers or lifting shoes), a personal water bottle, and a sweat towel.
A standard session starts with a coach-led dynamic warm-up (10 min), followed by strength/skill development (20 min), the main Workout of the Day (WOD) (15-20 min), and a cool-down stretch (10 min).
An annual global event where our entire gym community rallies to compete, judge, and cheer each other on through officially sanctioned workouts.
A fun outdoor workout session followed by an block party barbecue to celebrate our strong and growing community.

Sarah transitioned into strength sports after years of playing collegiate soccer. Her coaching focuses on building bulletproof core strength, mental toughness, and movement patterns that help athletes thrive inside and outside the gym.
