Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class to meet your coach, get a tour of the layout, and discuss any pre-existing athletic injuries.

Required equipment

Please wear clean training shoes suitable for running and lifting. Bring an individual sweat towel and a reusable water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Every session consists of a dynamic joint mobility warm-up (10 min), the main conditioning or strength block (40 min), followed by a guided recovery stretch and cooldown (10 min).
