Welcome to Koh Tao CrossFit (famously known as 'The Box Koh Tao'), one of Thailand's longest-standing CrossFit affiliates with over 12 years of history. Situated on the beautiful tropical island of Koh Tao, our facility provides an incredible, open-air training environment designed for athletes of all levels—from absolute beginners to competitive fitness enthusiasts. Our programming is back-to-basics, prioritizing strength, conditioning, and solid functional movement. As the island's official HYROX gym, we offer a dynamic range of classes including high-intensity functional fitness, Olympic weightlifting, and specialized endurance tracks. Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class. Introduce yourself at the front desk, complete our quick health safety waiver, and meet your coach who will run through the structure of the day.

Required equipment

Comfortable, breathable gym clothes, flat athletic training shoes, a personal towel, and a reusable water bottle. High-grip training gloves are optional.

What a typical session looks like

A standard 60-minute class begins with a comprehensive dynamic warm-up (10 mins), followed by a focused skill or strength phase (20 mins), the main conditioning workout (WOD/HYROX - 25 mins), and a cooling down/stretching phase (5 mins).
